复方多粘菌素B软膏联合强脉冲光治疗中重度痤疮的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨复方多粘菌素B软膏联合强脉冲光治疗中重度痤疮的疗效。方法60例中重度痤疮患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组30例。对照组患者接受复方多粘菌素B软膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上配合强脉冲光治疗。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后症状评分,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的疼痛度、皮损类型、皮损颜色、皮损数量评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组的疼痛度、皮损类型、皮损颜色、皮损数量评分分别为(0.90±0.21)、(0.58±0.15)、(0.52±0.21)、(0.40±0.12)分,均低于对照组的(1.10±0.30)、(1.20±0.20)、(1.13±0.32)、(1.12±0.22)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方多粘菌素B软膏联合强脉冲光治疗中重度痤疮患者效果显著,可明显改善炎症水平,有效促进患者皮损症状恢复。Objective To discuss the efficacy of compound polymyxin B ointment combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.Methods A total of 60 patients with moderate to severe acne were divided into observation group and control group by random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received compound polymyxin B ointment,and patients in the observation group received intense pulsed light therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,symptom score before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 96.67%in the observation group was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain degree score,skin lesion type score,skin lesion color score,and number of skin lesion score in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment in this group;the pain degree score,skin lesion type score,skin lesion color score,and number of skin lesion score in the observation group were(0.90±0.21),(0.58±0.15),(0.52±0.21),and(0.40±0.12)points,which were lower than(1.10±0.30),(1.20±0.20),(1.13±0.32),(1.12±0.22)points in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound polymyxin B ointment has significant effect in the treatment of patients with moderate to severe acne,and can obviously improve the level of inflammation and effectively promote the recovery of skin lesions.
