氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法120例老年单纯收缩期高血压患者,以随机抽签法分为实验组与对照组,各60例。对照组采用氢氯噻嗪治疗,实验组采用氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪治疗。对比两组治疗前后舒张压、收缩压水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,实验组舒张压及收缩压水平分别为(75.05±1.92)、(133.02±2.71)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),均低于对照组的(80.02±2.37)、(143.55±3.17)mm Hg,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压,可有效改善患者血压水平,且治疗安全性理想,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of amlodipine combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of systolic hypertension in the elderly.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with systolic hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hydrochlorothiazide,and the experimental group was treated with amlodipine combined with hydrochlorothiazide.The levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were(75.05±1.92)and(133.02±2.71)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),which were lower than(80.02±2.37)and(143.55±3.17)mm Hg in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine combined with hydrochlorothiazide has ideal safety in elderly patients with systolic hypertension,and can effectively improve the blood pressure of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
