双唑泰泡腾片联合伊曲康唑治疗念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析念珠菌性外阴阴道炎患者应用双唑泰腾泡腾片与伊曲康唑联合治疗的效果。方法80例念珠菌性外阴阴道炎患者,以数字抽签法分为实验组与参照组,各40例。实验组实施双唑泰腾泡腾片与伊曲康唑治疗,参照组实施伊曲康唑单独治疗。比较两组治疗前后的阴道分泌物pH值、生活质量(生理功能、躯体功能)评分及不良反应发生率(胀气、局部刺激、瘙痒加重)、真菌清除率。结果治疗后,实验组的阴道分泌物pH值(4.48±0.46)、生理功能评分(89.52±4.55)分、躯体功能评分(92.45±4.41)分均高于参照组的(4.03±0.36)、(82.63±5.04)分、(86.48±4.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于参照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药7 d后及第1次月经后5~7 d,实验组真菌清除率分别为97.50%、95.00%,均高于参照组的75.00%、70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在念珠菌性外阴阴道炎患者的临床治疗中联合应用双唑泰泡腾片与伊曲康唑的效果显著,真菌清除率较高,且药物安全性有保障,值得推广。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of metronidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate effervescent tablet combined with itraconazole in the treatment of candidal vulvovaginitis patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of candidal vulvovaginitis patients were divided into experimental group and reference group by digital lottery,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with metronidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate effervescent tablet and itraconazole,and the reference group was treated with itraconazole alone.Both groups were compared in terms of pH value of vaginal secretions,quality of life(physiological function,physical function)scores before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions(flatulence,local irritation,itching aggravation),and fungal clearance rates.Results After treatment,the pH value of vaginal secretions(4.48±0.46),physiological function score(89.52±4.55)points,and physical function score(92.45±4.41)points in the experimental group were higher than(4.03±0.36),(82.63±5.04)points,and(86.48±4.76)points in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.00%,which was lower than 30.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d of medication and 5-7 d after the first menstrual period,the fungal clearance rates of the experimental group were 97.50%and 95.00%,which were higher than 75.00%and 70.00%of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of metronidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate effervescent tablet with itraconazole in the clinical treatment of patients with candidal vulvovaginitis is significant,with a high fungal clearance rate and guaranteed drug safety,which is worth promoting.
