雌激素联合甲硝唑阴道给药治疗萎缩性阴道炎的疗效与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析雌激素联合甲硝唑阴道给药治疗萎缩性阴道炎的疗效与安全性。方法44例萎缩性阴道炎患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各22例。对照组采取甲硝唑阴道给药,实验组采取雌激素联合甲硝唑阴道给药。比较两组疗效、阴道清洁度、不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为90.91%,高于对照组的59.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组阴道清洁度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为9.09%,低于对照组的36.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌激素联合甲硝唑阴道给药治疗萎缩性阴道炎不仅疗效好,安全性也高,能够有效提升患者阴道清洁度,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of estrogen combined with vaginal administration of metronidazole in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis.Methods A total of 44 patients with atrophic vaginitis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vaginal administration of metronidazole,and the experimental group was treated with estrogen combined with vaginal administration of metronidazole.The clinical efficacy,vaginal cleanliness,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.91%,which was higher than 59.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal cleanliness of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 9.09%,which was lower than 36.36%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Estrogen combined with vaginal administration of metronidazole is effective and safety in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis,and can effectively improve the vaginal cleanliness and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
