摘　　要：目的分析穴位贴敷对妇科全身麻醉(全麻)腹腔镜手术后恶心呕吐的影响。方法60例妇科全麻腹腔镜手术患者,随机分为对比组和研究组,各30例。对比组应用常规护理,研究组应用穴位贴敷。比较两组患者恶心呕吐发生率、护理满意度及干预前后恶心呕吐症状评分。结果研究组恶心呕吐发生率20.00%明显低于对比组的50.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组症状经历时间评分(1.16±0.68)分、症状发生频率评分(1.14±0.53)分、症状严重程度评分(1.27±0.35)分均低于对比组的(2.24±0.75)、(2.29±0.66)、(2.31±0.48)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度96.67%高于对比组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取穴位贴敷可显著降低妇科全麻腹腔镜手术后恶心呕吐发生率,缓解恶心呕吐严重程度,且患者对护理满意度较高,可在临床床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint application on nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic gynecological surgery under general anesthesia.Methods A total of 60 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia and were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the research group received acupoint application.The incidence of nausea and vomiting,nursing satisfaction,and nausea and vomiting symptom score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the research group was 20.00%,which was significantly lower than 50.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the symptom experience time score(1.16±0.68)points,the symptom frequency score(1.14±0.53)points,and the symptom severity score(1.27±0.35)points in the research group were lower than(2.24±0.75),(2.29±0.66),and(2.31±0.48)points in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction 96.67%of the research group was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application can significantly reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic gynecological surgery under general anesthesia,relieve the severity of nausea and vomiting,and patients have high satisfaction with nursing,which can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
