摘 要:针对现有级配碎石级配组成设计方法缺乏现场实际铺筑性能验证不足的情况,采用逐级填充法进行粗集料配比确定,配置四种粗细集料配比,以最大干密度、CBR和三个围压下抗剪强度指标进行室内级配碎石级配组成优化,然后现场铺筑同样配比级配碎石层,以平均回弹弯沉值指标评价级配碎石承载能力,并分析了室内指标与现场指标的关联性.研究结果发现,逐级填充法设计出的级配碎石组成结构与室内和现场均具有很高的强度,最大干密度为2.530 g/cm^(3),CBR最大达到529%,最大回弹弯沉值为110.5(0.01 mm);以粗细集料配比作为级配碎石级配组成设计指标,得到最优质量配比为70∶30;基于现场实测指标验证,推荐室内CBR和27.6 kPa围压下抗剪强度作为粗细集料配比优化评价指标.本研究可补充现有级配碎石级配设计方法和理论.In view of the lack of field paving performance verification in the existing design method of graded crushed stone,relying on the actual engineering project paving of test section,this paper determines the coarse aggregate proportion based on gradual filling method firstly. By controlling four coarse and fine aggregate proportions respectively,the gradation composition of indoor graded crushed stone is optimized based on the maximum dry density,CBR and the shear strength under three confining pressures. Then the same proportion of graded gravel layer is laid on site,and the bearing capacity of graded gravel is evaluated by using the average resilient bending index. Finally,the correlation between indoor index and field index is analyzed. The results show that the graded gravel structure designed by gradual filling method has high strength both indoors and in the field. The maximum dry density is 2.530 g/cm^(3),the maximum CBR is 529%,and the maximum resilient bending value is 110.5(0.01 mm). The coarse and fine aggregate proportion can be used as the design index of gradation composition of graded crushed stone,and the optimal mass ratio is 70∶30. In addition,indoor CBR and the shear strength under 27.6 k Pa confining pressure are recommended as the optimization evaluation indicators of coarse and fine aggregate proportion under the guidance of field measurement. This study can supplement the existing gradation design methods and theories of graded crushed stone.
