灰水足迹与碳排放视角下河南省农业污染率的空间分布特征分析

摘　　要：选取2000—2019年河南省农业面板数据为研究数据,首先,将灰水足迹与碳排放量化并作为农业污染产出,采用DEA模型测算了河南省2000—2019年的农业污染率;其次,通过GIS技术对河南省各地市农业污染率的空间分布特征进行了可视化分析;最后,采用空间自相关分析法分析了河南省各地市农业经济发展与农业污染率的空间关联特征.结果表明:2000—2019年河南省农业生态环境的污染程度较高,农业污染率的高低分布具有明显的集中性和交替性.农业生态环境处于“高污染”状态的地市数量占全省地市数量的2/3.河南省农业污染率与农业经济发展的空间集聚类型主要以低-高集聚型为主,但此类型的地市数量正在逐渐减少,说明河南省的农业生态环境与农业经济发展之间的动态平衡关系正在恶化.因此,建议河南省在制定绿色农业可持续发展战略时应因地制宜,并充分发挥城市群的带动作用,以促进河南省各地市农业经济均衡发展,降低河南省农业污染程度.The agricultural panel data of Henan Province from 2000 to 2019 was selected as the research data.Firstly,the grey water footprint and carbon emission were quantified as agricultural pollution output,and the agricultural pollution rates of Henan Province from 2000 to 2019 were calculated by DEA model. Secondly,the spatial distribution characteristics of agricultural pollution rates of various cities in Henan Province were analyzed visually by GIS technology. Finally,the spatial correlation characteristics between agricultural economic developments and agricultural pollution rates of various cities in Henan Province were analyzed by using the spatial autocorrelation analysis method.The results show that the pollution degree of agricultural ecological environment in Henan Province is relatively high from 2000 to 2019. The distribution of agricultural pollution rate in Henan Province from 2000 to 2019 has obvious concentration and alternation. The number of cities in the state of“high pollution”in agricultural ecological environment accounts for 2/3 of the total number of cities in Henan Province. The spatial agglomeration type of agricultural pollution rate and agricultural economic development in Henan Province is mainly low-high agglomeration type,but the number of cities in this type is gradually decreasing,which indicates that the dynamic balance relationship between agricultural ecological environment and agricultural economic development in Henan Province is deteriorating. Therefore,it is suggested that Henan Province should adjust measures to local conditions and give full play to the leading role of urban agglomerations in order to promote the balanced development of agricultural economy in each city of Henan Province and reduce the degree of agricultural pollution in Henan Province.
