摘　　要：嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎,是一类以外周血嗜酸性粒细胞持续增多,皮肤组织中发现嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,不伴有其他器官受累的一种疾病。病位在皮肤,与心肾等脏腑功能衰弱有关,是感受风湿热等外邪所致。后天失养是造成嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎的内在因素,感受风湿热毒外邪则是导致此病发作的外因,属于本虚标实之病。嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎无特异性临床表现,皮疹多样性,临床中容易误诊、漏诊,迁延难愈。黄尧洲教授从心肾论治、从血论治、从邪论治,运用清热解毒祛风燥湿、凉血止血及重镇安神之品治疗此病,遣方用药重用化石类药物,炭类药物及藤类药物,从内而外治疗此病。Hypereosinophilic dermatitis is characterized by persistent eosinophilia in peripheral blood,eosinophil infiltration in cutaneous tissues,and no other affected organs besides the blood.Located in the skin,the disease is related to the failure of zang-fu organscaused by the contraction of wind,dampness,and heat,and other pathogens.Insufficient innate endowment or acquired malnutrition is the internal cause andwind,dampness,heat,and toxin are the external causes.It features deficiency in nature and excess in superficiality in traditional Chinese medicine.This disease has no specific clinical manifestations,and the rash is diverse.The disease,which is easy to be misdiagnosed and usually fails to be diagnosed,is lingering.Professor Huang Yaozhou treats this disease from the heart,blood,and pathogens using the drugs with the effects ofclearing heat,removing toxin,dispelling wind,and drying dampness,and those with the functions of cooling blood,stopping bleeding,and tranquilizing mind with heavy sedatives.He uses fossil,carbon,and vine medicinalsfor internal and external treatment of this disease.
