新时代河南制造业高质量发展的实践困境与应对策略

摘　　要：河南传统产业转型升级基本完成,新兴产业培育奠定坚实基础,新旧动能转换取得战略性突破,有望进入全国制造强省第一方阵。但是,河南制造业高质量发展仍面临一些困境,传统惯性思维方式依然存在,品牌品质意识不够强,内生动力不够足,绿色低碳发展水平不够高。实证测度表明,2020年,河南制造业高质量发展综合水平位居全国第11位,在中部地区六省中位居第2位,在黄河流域九省区中位居第2位。面向未来,要以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念为指引,破解河南制造业高质量发展实践困境。Henan Province has basically completed the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of emerging industries, made strategic breakthroughs in the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, and is expected to enter the first phalanx of strong manufacturing provinces in the country. However, the high-quality development of Henan manufacturing industry still faces such difficulties as the conservative inertial thinking mode, lacking brand quality consciousness, insufficient endogenous power, and the relatively low level of green low-carbon development. Empirical research shows that the comprehensive level of high-quality development of Henan manufacturing industry ranks 11th in China, second in six provinces of the central region, and second in nine provinces and regions in the Yellow River Basin. Facing the future, we should take innovation and coordination and share green, open and new development concepts as the guide to solve the practical dilemma of high-quality development of Henan manufacturing industry.
