摘　　要：目的 探讨静脉复合组织瓣移植修复手指组织缺损的疗效。方法 采用静脉复合组织瓣移植修复15例手指组织缺损患者。记录皮瓣成活情况、伤口愈合情况,测量皮瓣两点辨别觉,按中华医学会手外科分会上肢功能评定标准评价手指活动度。结果 患者均获得随访,时间7~24个月。伤口均一期愈合,无感染、伤口延迟愈合等并发症发生。15例皮瓣中10例顺利成活,5例出现张力性水疱,经伤口拆线和换药处理后成活。成活皮瓣均有轻度色素沉着,质地软。末次随访时,皮瓣两点辨别觉8~14 mm,按中华医学会手外科分会上肢功能评定标准评价手指活动度:优11例,良4例。结论 静脉复合组织瓣移植修复手指组织缺损手术操作简单,皮瓣成活率高,手指活动恢复良好。Objective To investigate the efficacy of venous composite tissue flaps in the repair of the tissue defect of the fingers.Methods The 15 patients who suffered from the composite tissue defect in fingers were treated with the venous composite tissue flaps. The survival rate of the flaps, the healing of the wounds were recorded,the two-point discrimination of the flap was measured, and the range of motion(ROM) of the fingers was evaluated with the upper limb function evaluation standard of the Chinese Medical Association Hand Surgery Branch.Results All cases were followed up for 7 ~ 24 months. All wounds were primary healing, without any complications. The 10 flaps of the 15flaps survived eventually, and 5 flaps were with tension blisters,which survived with stitches removing and dressing.And the flaps were mild pigmentation and texture soft. At the last follow-up, the flaps two-point discrimination was8 ~ 14 mm, according to the evaluation of ROM of the fingers evaluated with the upper limb function evaluation standard of the Chinese Medical Association Hand Surgery Branch:excellent 11 cases, good 4 cases.Conclusions Vein composite tissue flap transplantation to repair finger composite tissue defect is simple operation, with high flap survival rate and good recovery of finger movement.
