基于CiteSpace软件的证候类中药新药研究可视化分析

摘　　要：目的对证候类中药新药已有研究进行文献计量学分析,以总结其研究现状、热点及发展前沿。方法在中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识平台(Wanfang Data)、维普网(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统CBM 4个数据库检索证候类中药新药相关文献,检索时间为各库建库至2020年11月17日,利用Excel、NoteExpress 3.2.0、citespace 5.5.R2软件对相关文献的年份、作者、机构、关键词做文献计量学及可视化分析。结果对纳入的223篇文献分析显示,该领域的关键研究者有王阶、吕爱平、高颖、程龙、梁茂新和胡镜清等;主要研究机构有国家食品药品监督管理局、中国中医科学院广安门医院、辽宁中医药大学、中国中医科学院、天津中医药大学、北京中医药大学;该领域的研究热点聚焦于临床研究、疗效评价、中医证候研究、证候类药新药研发等。结论通过相关文献的文献计量学与可视化分析,基本了解了目前证候类中药新药的研究现状、热点及前沿趋势,为致力于该领域的科研人员提供一定的思路。Objective To summarize the research status,hotspots and development frontiers of new traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs)for syndrome by visual and bibliometric analysis.Methods CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM were searched to obtain the related literature of new TCMs for syndrome from the inception of the databases to November 17,2020.Excel,NoteExpress 3.2.0 and CiteSpace 5.5.R2 were used to implement bibliometric and visual analysis in terms of years,authors,institutions and keywords of the relevant literature.Results The analysis of the 223 includedarticles showed that the key researchers in this field were Wang Jie,Lv Aiping,Gao Ying,Cheng Long,Liang Maoxin and Hu Jingqing;the main research institutions included National Medical Products Administration,Guang′anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine;the research hotspots were clinical research,clinical effect evaluation,TCM syndrome research and development of new TCMs for syndrome.Conclusion Through bibliometric and visual analysis,the authors had a general understanding of the current research status,hotspots and frontier trends of new TCMs for syndrome.This rewew provided certain ideas for researchers who are committed to the research and development of new TCMs for syndrome.
