调神针法结合康复训练治疗中重度儿童孤独症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察调神针法结合康复训练治疗中重度儿童孤独症的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月—2021年6月期间黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院康复中心收治的中重度儿童孤独症50例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各25例。对照组采取康复训练治疗,治疗组采用调神针法结合康复训练治疗。治疗6个月后,观察比较两组患儿临床疗效,治疗前后孤独症评定量表(Children Autism Rating Scale,CARS)评分、血清白介素1β(Interleukin-1beta,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平,统计学分析CARS评分与IL-1β、TNF-α水平表达间相关性。结果治疗6个月后两组患儿IL-1β、TNF-α水平及CARS评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组IL-1β、TNF-α水平及CARS评分均较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后两组患儿CARS评分与IL-1β、TNF-α水平间相关性均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组治疗后CARS评分与IL-1β、TNF-α间相关性较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论调神针法结合康复训练可有效减轻中重度儿童孤独症炎症因子表达及临床表现,优化中重度儿童孤独症康复质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaoshen Acupuncture combined with training on moderate and severe childhood autism.Methods A total of 50 children with moderate to severe autism who were treated in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomized into the control group and treatment group,with 25 in either group.The control group was treated only by training,and thetreatment group by TiaoshenAcupuncture and training.The treatment lasted 6 months for both groups,and then the efficacy in the two groups was compared.The Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)score,and levels of serum interleukin(IL)-1βand tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αbefore treatment and 6 months after treatment were compared between the twogroups.The correlation of CARS score with the levels of IL-1βand TNF-αwas analyzed.Results After treatment,the CARS score and the levels of IL-1βand TNF-αwere lower than those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the correlation of CARS score with the levels of IL-1βand TNF-αwas lower than that before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the difference in the correlation was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Tiaoshen Acupuncture combined with training can effectively reduce the expression of inflammatory factors and alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with moderate to severe autism,thus promoting the rehabilitation.
