摘 要:以KAlF_(4)为基本组成的熔盐除作为新型低温铝电解工业的电解质外,还可作为钎剂大量用于各类铝散热器的钎焊中。因其熔体具有低粘度、低表面张力、超流动性和高腐蚀性等特性,该体系熔盐微结构的定量分析一直有较高的技术瓶颈。本文为研究KAlF_(4)熔体的微观构型,采用原位拉曼光谱技术辅以量子化学从头计算方法研究了KAlF_(4)熔体中[Al_(2)F_(7)]^(-)离子团簇的拉曼峰位和相对散射截面,并通过KAlF_(4)熔体拉曼光谱解谱对[Al_(2)F_(7)]^(-)离子进行定量分析。研究表明:KAlF_(4)熔体中除了已证实存在的K^(+)、[AlF_(6)]^(3-)、[AlF_(5)]^(2-)和[AlF_(4)]^(-)四种离子团簇外,还存在[Al_(2)F_(7)]^(-)离子团簇,且含量在1.75 mol%左右。The molten salt with KAlF_(4) as the basic composition can not only be used as the electrolyte in the new low temperature aluminum electrolysis industry,but also be used as flux in the brazing of all kinds of aluminum radiators.Due to its low melt viscosity,low surface tension,super fluidity and high corrosion,the quantitative analysis of molten salt microstructure in this system has always been a high technical bottleneck.In order to study the microstructure of KAlF_(4) melt,Raman peak and relative Raman scattering cross-section of[Al_(2)F_(7)]^(-)ion clusters in KAlF_(4) melt were studied by means of in situ Raman spectroscopy and quantum chemistry ab initio calculation method.The[Al_(2)F_(7)]^(-)ion was quantitatively analyzed by the Raman spectrum analysis of KAlF_(4) melt.The results show that in addition to K^(+),[AlF_(6)]^(3-),[AlF_(5)]^(2-)and[AlF_(4)]^(-)ion clusters,there are also[Al_(2)F_(7)]^(-)ion clusters in KAlF_(4) melt,and the content is about 1.75 mol%.
