摘　　要：目的 探讨个性化合理用药监测系统在医院重点监控药品管理中的应用效果。方法 使用自主开发的个性化合理用药监测系统对重庆市第九人民医院重点监控药品医嘱进行点评,并与人工点评结果进行比较。结果 使用个性化合理用药监测系统后重点监控药品医嘱点评比例从5.60%提升至75.58%,反馈周期从3个月缩短至1个月;配合干预措施后不合理用药比例从10.03%降至5.65%;全院重点监控药品使用金额占比由8.52%下降至4.79%;住院患者人均重点监控药品使用金额从610.20元下降至349.46元。结论 使用个性化合理用药监测系统开展重点监控药品管理成效较好,今后将继续对软件进行完善,促进重点监控药品合理使用。Objective To investigate the effect of a personalized rational drug use monitoring system in intensive monitoring of drug management in hospitals. Methods A self-developed personalized rational drug use monitoring system was used to review the medical orders of drugs under intensive monitoring in the Ninth People’s Hospital of Chongqing, and compared with a manual review. Results After the use of the personalized rational drug use monitoring system, the proportion of medical order reviews of intensive monitoring drugs increased from 5.60% to 75.58%, the feedback cycle shortened from 3 months to 1 month;the proportion of irrational drug use decreased from 10.03% to 5.65% after cooperating with intervention measures;the proportion of intensive monitoring drugs used in the whole hospital decreased from 8.52% to 4.79%;the number of intensive monitoring drugs used per capita for hospitalized patients decreased from 610.20 RMB to 349.46 RMB. Conclusion Personalized rational drug use monitoring system plays an effective role in the intensive monitoring of drug management, and the software will continue to be improved in the future to promote the rational use of intensive monitoring of drugs.
