摘 要:文中对加氢气化400 t/d示范装置所得的半焦气化活性进行实验研究,实验在3 t/d平焰型粉煤气化平台上进行。实验结果表明:加氢气化半焦气化产品气中有效气体积分数为87%,碳转化率达到97%。在相同测试平台上,对比加氢气化半焦和原煤的气化性能,总碳转化率高0.3%,有效气体积分数低1.8%,加氢气化半焦气化活性并未因挥发分体积分数低而降低。对加氢气化半焦的孔隙结构进行表征,分析结果发现,加氢气化半焦的比表面积可达到157.91 m 2/g,孔隙以微孔和介孔为主,正是加氢气化反应过程中所形成的丰富的孔隙结构,加快了气化剂的扩散速度,进而保证了半焦的气化活性。实验结果验证了加氢半焦经气化制氢的技术可行性,为加氢气化技术工业化放大提供了数据支撑。The gasification reactivity of the char from 400 t/d coal hydrogasification demonstration device was researched.This test was done by a 3 t/d flat-flame pulverized coal gasification device.The test results show that the effective gas content and carbon conversion of char gasification was 87%and 97%,respectively.In the same test device,the gasification reactivity of coal and char was compared.It was discovered that the carbon conversion of the char was 0.3%higher than that of the coal,and effective gas content was 1.8%lower than that of coal.It means that the gasification reactivity of char did not decrease dramatically because of its low volatile content.The pore structure of char was studied.The surface area of char was 157.91 m 2/g.The pore was mainly micro pore and mesoporous.The abundant porosity in the char accelerated the diffusion rate of gasification agent,which improved the char gasification reactivity.The results in this test verifiy the technical feasibility of hydrogen produced from char gasification process,which provides data support for industrial scale-up of hydrogasification.
