摘  要:一流专业建设是“双一流”建设的基础,也是提升高等教育人才培养质量的重要工程。一流专业建设的主要因素有哪些?如何建一流专业?建成后是什么样?这些都是一流专业建设中无法回避的问题。文章从对教学有支撑作用的教学辅助资源和师资师能两方面,讨论了一流专业“软因素”建设的内涵;阐述了一流专业建设回归初心,在“德、学、用、质”方面的建设原则;基于“软因素”,给出了培养目标、课程体系、教学过程、评价方式、校企合作等一流专业建设的一体化举措。The construction of first-class majors is the foundation of the“double first-class”construction,and it is a project to improve the quality of higher education personnel training on a larger scale.What are the main factors of first-class professional construction?How to build a first-class professional?What will it look like after it's built?These are the unavoidable problems in the construction of first-class professional.This paper discusses the connotation of the construction of“soft factors”of first-class majors from the aspects of teaching auxiliary resources and teachers'teaching ability,expounds the construction principles of"morality,learning,application and quality"in the construction of first-class majors returning to the original intention,based on"soft factors",gives first-class training objectives,curriculum system,teaching process,evaluation methods,school-enterprise cooperation,etc.Finlaay the integrated measures for first-class professional construction such as training objectives,curriculum system,teaching process,evaluation methods,and school-enterprise cooperation are given.
