摘　　要：人力资源和社会保障信息系统关系国计民生,在当代高质量发展主题下,通过数字化技术能较好地实现“赋能”,但与此同时,也对数据安全管理水平提出了更高要求。文章以此为出发点,概述了人力资源与社会保障信息系统的特点与现状,剖析了数据采集、流转、存储、访问方面存在的风险,分别从数据分类分级、用户行为管理、终端设备安全管理等方面提出数据安全管理措施。.Human resources and social security information system is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,in the contemporary high quality development theme,through the digital technology can better achieve“enabling”,but at the same time also put forward higher requirements for data security management level.Taking this as a starting point,this paper summarizes the characteristics and current situation of human resources and social security information system,analyzes the risks existing in data collection,circulation,storage and access,and puts forward data security management measures from the aspects of data classification,user behavior management,terminal equipment security management and so on.
