精馏塔塔釜液位自控的设计与实现

摘  要:精馏是利用热媒和冷媒,在一定的温度和压力下,使液体原料在塔内经过多次部分汽化和多次部分冷凝,使原料中挥发度不同的各组分得到有效分离的操作。连续进料或出料的精馏(蒸馏)塔应设液位自动控制,液位控制得当,塔内才能获得气液平衡。高温、高真空工况下,高粘稠液体的液位测量很难。本文就连续精馏一种粗品的精馏塔塔釜液位计选型、液位自动控制的设计与实现进行了详细的阐述。实践证明,试运行3个月以来,设计的液位计运转正常,为DCS内操人员和现场巡检人员提供了安全的可视化液位,为自动控制提供了可靠的数据支撑。Rectification is an operation in which the liquid raw materials are partially vaporized and partially condensed several times in the tower under a certain temperature and pressure by using a heat medium and a refrigerant, so that the components with different volatility in the raw materials can be effectively separated. The rectification(distillation) column with continuous feed or discharge should be equipped with automatic liquid level control. Only when the liquid level is properly controlled can the gas-liquid balance be obtained in the column. Under high temperature and high vacuum conditions, it is difficult to measure the liquid level of highly viscous liquids. In this paper, the design and implementation of liquid level gauge selection and liquid level automatic control for continuous distillation of a crude product are described in detail. Practice has proved that the designed liquid level gauge has been running normally since the trial operation for 3 months, providing safe visual liquid level for DCS operators and on-site inspection personnel, and reliable data support for automatic control.
