摘  要:在生产过程中脱醛反应釜的液位控制对工艺非常重要,液位出现偏差将会导致操作人员加错料,投料过多会放出大量的热量,有可能出现超温,甚至发生安全事故。为了消除液位的虚假信号,从雷达液位计和反应釜本身的结构出发,通过对比液位测量的历史趋势,详细分析了干扰产生的原因,最后针对干扰源的出现对雷达液位计重要参数进行修正,解决了脱醛反应釜测量液位时出现波动的故障。这不仅使工艺操作做出正确操作奠定了基础,而且还保证了脱醛反应釜的正常运行,避免安全事故的发生。In the production process, the liquid level control of the dealdehyde reactor is very important to the process. If the liquid level deviates, it will lead to operators adding wrong materials, feeding too much materials, releasing a lot of heat, overheating,and even safety accidents. In order to eliminate the false signal of the liquid level, starting from the structure of the radar liquid level meter and the reactor itself, by comparing the historical trend of liquid level measurement, the causes of interference are analyzed in detail. Finally, the important parameters of the radar liquid level meter are corrected in view of the emergence of interference sources, which solves the problem of fluctuations in the liquid level measurement of the dealdehyde reactor, which not only lays the foundation for the correct operation of the process operation, it also ensures the normal operation of the dealdehyde reactor and avoids safety accidents.
