摘 要:开关设备和控制设备简称开关柜,是保障海上平台电力系统稳定运行的主要设备之一,开关柜的安全检查和隐患排查是近年来关注的重点。随着平台服役时间增长,开关柜长期运行过程中可能伴随出现温度过高,进而引起过热、火灾、停电事故。因此,越早发现开关柜内部的发热问题,才能有效预防和杜绝此类事故的发生。在传统情况下,人们无法对开关柜直接测温。本文着重在海洋平台设计时,针对开关柜使用红外测温系统进行应用分析,实时在线监测开关柜母线室、电缆室温度并传输给上位机,对于故障及时响应、监测并记录开关柜内关键点的温度变化,大大提高了供电可靠性,保证用户长期、稳定、安全用电。Switchgear and control gear, referred to as switchgear, is one of the main equipment to ensure the stable operation of the power system of offshore platforms. The safety inspection and hidden danger investigation of switchgear have been the focus of attention in recent years. With the growth of platform service time, the temperature in the switchgear may be too high in the longterm operation process, which may cause overheating, fire and power failure. Therefore, the sooner we find the heating problem inside the switchgear, the more effectively people can prevent and eliminate the occurrence of such accidents. In traditional situation, we can’t measure temperature inside the switchgear directly. Using infrared temperature measurement system in the switchgear is emphasized for application analysis in this paper when the offshore platform is designed, real-time online monitoring of the switchgear bus cabinet, cable cabinet temperature and transfer to host computer. meanwhile it also can timely response to fault, monitor and record the key temperature in the switchgear variation, improve the power supply reliability greatly, ensure long-term, stable and safe use of electricity.
