摘 要:行星轮传动与定轴轮传动相比,具有传动比范围广,重量轻,体积小,传动效率高和运行平稳等特点,在一些需要使用精小型电动执行机构的场合,通常会采用行星轮传动作为其主传动,并且大多数精小型电动执行机构使用NGWN型行星轮作为主传动,其体积小,减速比大,效率高,噪音低,理论上与精小型产品的设计要求完全相符。但实际使用过程中,因为加工精度、装配工艺、结构选择等因素的影响,按照传统结构设计的行星轮传动其机械传动效率远没有达到理论计算的要求,不仅没法达到小型化的需求,也会影响产品整体的稳定性和可靠性。本文通过对传统结构进行技术分析,找到效应传动效率的多种因素,通过一些技术改进后,使其传动效率在原来的基础上大幅提高,从而使产品满足设计的要求。Compared with fixed shaft wheel transmission, planetary gear transmission has the characteristics of wide range of transmission ratio, light weight, small volume, high transmission efficiency and stable operation. In some occasions where small and medium-sized electric actuators are required, planetary gear transmission is usually used as the main transmission, and most small and medium-sized electric actuators use NGWN type planetary gears as the main transmission, with small volume, large reduction ratio, high efficiency and low noise, Theoretically, it is completely consistent with the design requirements of fine and small products. However, due to the influence of processing accuracy, assembly process, structure selection and other factors in the actual use process, the mechanical transmission efficiency of the planetary gear transmission designed according to the traditional structure is far from meeting the requirements of theoretical calculation, which not only fails to meet the demand of miniaturization, but also affects the stability and reliability of the whole product. Through the technical analysis of the traditional structure, after some technical improvements, the transmission efficiency is greatly improved on the original basis, so that the product can meet the design requirements.
