摘　　要：根据国家安监总局第116号文中的要求,涉及危险化学品“两重点一重大”的化工生产装置需加强安全仪表的管理工作,公司的一氧化碳储罐配置有两套静压法液位计,为响应政策要求,提高一氧化碳储罐的本质安全水平,需再新增一套液位计进行自动化改造。通过技术对比,最终选用无需设备开孔,安装简便,满足在线安装条件的非接触外贴式液位计,实现储罐液位联锁切断进料、出料和报警的需求。目前,在公司常压和高压的储罐运行一年来,外贴式液位计不受介质温度、比重、腐蚀性的影响,不受介质挂壁及储罐内上部气态浓度的影响,测量精度高,稳定可靠。外贴式液位计采用磁吸和胶粘的安装方式,不接触物料,无机械磨损,安装和维护方便简单。According to the requirement of the state administration of work safety no. 116 in this paper, involving the dangerous chemicals "a focus of the two major" chemical production equipment to strengthen the management of safety instrument, the company’s carbon monoxide level gauge tank equipped with two sets of static pressure method, in response to a policy requirements, improve the level of carbon monoxide tank of intrinsically safe, need to add a level meter automation renovation. Through technical comparison, the non-contact external sticking liquid level gauge without equipment opening, easy installation and meeting the online installation conditions is finally selected to realize the interlock of the tank level to cut off the requirements of feeding, discharging and alarm. At present in the company’s atmospheric pressure and high pressure tank operation for one year, the external attached liquid level gauge is not affected by the temperature, specific gravity, corrosion of the medium, is not affected by the medium hanging wall and the upper gas concentration in the tank, the measurement accuracy is high, stable and reliable. External level gauge adopts magnetic suction and adhesive installation, no contact with materials, no mechanical wear, easy installation and maintenance.
