摘 要:针对供水管网龙头水质保障面临的难题,总结了常州市从水厂到龙头一体化管理的理念与实践,以余氯为水质控制指标,提出了“优化投加、时空均衡、局部提升、精准控制”的龙头水质保障策略,构建了以小区入口和水箱出口水质为关键控制点的水质分段监管与保障技术,保障了常州市主城区龙头水质稳定达标。Considering the problems of tap water quality guarantee, the integrated management experience of tap water quality guarantee in Changzhou was summarized. Residual chlorine was used as the water quality control index, and the tap water quality guarantee strategy of “optimized dosing, space-time balance, local improvement and accurate control” was proposed. The water quality subsection supervision and guarantee technology was constructed, which controlling the water quality at the entrance of the community and the outlet of the water tank. Based on this technology, the tap water quality in the main urban area of Changzhou city was stable and up to standard.
