摘 要:在500 m~3/d中试规模条件下考察了化学强化HLMBR工艺处理污水的性能以及促进污水中碳氮磷资源回收的可行性。试验结果表明,化学强化方法有助于降低膜过滤阻力和清洗频率,提高反应器运行效率。该中试系统在工况A(HRT=1 h、SRT=2 d)和工况B(HRT=1 h、SRT=4 d)下均能保证污水中COD和TP的稳定高效去除,COD和TP的平均去除率分别为91.8%和97.0%,出水COD和TP均可达到GB 18918-2002的一级A排放标准。中试系统对污水中TN的去除率平均为47.9%,出水中TN平均值为18.1 mg/L。化学强化HLMBR能快速将污水转变为富含碳氮磷的污泥和超低碳氮比的出水,两者均具有良好的资源回收潜力。This paper investigated the performance of a 500 m~3/d pilot-scale chemically enhanced HLMBR process for municipal wastewater treatment and its feasibility to facilitate recovery of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus resources from wastewater. The results showed that the chemically enhanced method helped reduce membrane filtration resistance and cleaning frequency, and improved reactor performance. The pilot-scale system could ensure the stable and efficient removal of COD and TP under the working conditions A(HRT=1 h, SRT=2 d) and B(HRT=1 h, SRT=4 d). The average removal of COD and TP were 91.8% and 97.0%, respectively;the effluent COD and TP could meet the level A of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002). The average removal of TN in the pilot-scale system was 47.9%, and the average TN in the effluent was 18.1 mg/L. Chemically enhanced HLMBR could quickly split wastewater into carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus-rich sludge and ultra-low C/N ratio wastewater effluent, both showing great resource recovery potential.
