摘 要:电容去离子(CDI)以其能耗低、性能稳定等优点在水的脱盐应用中具有良好的潜力。电极材料是CDI技术的核心。采用静电纺丝法制备MXene/活性炭纤维(MXene/ACF)复合电极,利用SEM、TEM、比表面积分析、电化学测试等手段研究了复合电极结构、电容特性等性质特征,采用半连续试验研究了MXene/ACF复合电极CDI去离子性能。研究发现,MXene和ACF复合形成的三维网状结构、起皱粗糙表面为CDI过程提供丰富的离子传输通道和活性结合点;MXene/ACF的比表面和比电容分别是纯ACF的2.4倍和2.18倍;对初始电导率为100μm/cm的氯化钠溶液,脱盐效率为55.2%,较ACF电极提高39%,去除过程符合准二级动力学模型。MXene/ACF复合电极在工业水脱盐、苦咸水淡化上具有良好应用前景。Capacitive deionization(CDI) has good potentials for application in desalination due to its low energy consumption and stable performance. Electrode material is the core of CDI technology. In this study, MXene/Activated carbon fiber(Mxene/ACF) composite electrode was prepared by electrostatic spinning. The structural and capacitive characteristics of the composite electrode were evaluated by SEM, TEM, specific surface area analysis and electrochemical tests, and the CDI deionization performance of MXene/ACF composite electrode was studied by semi-continuous experiments. It is found that the three-dimensional lattice-like structure and wrinkled rough surface composed of MXene and ACF provide abundant ion transport channels and active binding sites for the CDI process;the specific surface area and the specific capacitance of MXene/ACF are 2.4 and 2.18 times of the ACF’s, respectively. Its desalination efficiency for the sodium chloride solution with an initial conductivity of 100 μm/cm is 55.2%, which is 39% more than that of ACF electrode. This process followed the pseudo-second-order kinetic mode. MXene/ACF composite electrode has promising applications in the desalination of industrial water and brackish water.
