摘  要:为了提高雷达系统的作用距离、测量精度及抗干扰能力,需要提高速调管的峰值功率、带宽及脉宽等指标。本文介绍了X波段高功率宽带速调管的研制情况,该速调管采用阴调单注、电磁聚集、四级滤波器加载双间隙谐振腔等技术手段,在X波段实现了1 MW的峰值功率,脉宽100μs,工作比1%,且相对带宽达到6.3%。目前已完成整管的设计及制管测试验证,测试结果达到指标要求。In order to improve the operating range, measurement accuracy and anti-interference ability of radar systems, it is necessary to increase the peak power, bandwidth and pulse width of klystrons. The development of an X-band high-power broadband klystron is introduced. The klystron adopts cathode-modulated single beam, electromagnetic focusing system, double-gap resonator and four-stage filter. It realizes 1 MW peak power in X-band, the pulse width is 100 μs, the working ratio is 1%, and the relative bandwidth is 6.3%. At present, the klystron has been designed, manufactured and tested, and the test results meet the specification requirements.
