摘 要:介绍了应用于粒子加速器的大功率四极管特种电源设计过程,主要涉及灯丝电源、阳极电源及栅极电源;其中灯丝电源为低压大电流电源(10 V/330 A),采用三模块并联输出的设计方案;阳极电源为大功率高压电源(400 kW/12.5 kV),采用多组电源模块输出串联的设计方案;栅极电源的输出功率相对较小,但对纹波和稳定度要求较高(均优于10^(-4)),因此采用双级变换方案;同时对电子管过流保护设计也进行了介绍。在用户现场对系统的测试结果表明,本文设计的特种电源系统满足设计指标需求。The development of a special power supply system for high-power tetrodes of particle accelerators is introduced.The system includes filament power supply,anode power supply and grid power supply.The filament power supply adopts three parallel-connected modules to realize low voltage and high current output(330 A/10 V);while the anode power supply adopts multi series-connected modules to produce high power and high voltage(400 kW/12.5 kV).Although the power of the gird power supply is relatively low,a two-stage convert topology is used to meet the high requirements of output ripple and stability(both better than 10^(-4)).The design of overcurrent protection for electron tubes is also introduced.The user field test data shows that the power supply system can meet the design index requirements.
