摘　　要：为提高河北省气象部门积极应对自然灾害性天气突发事件的处置能力,河北省气象部门建立了以卫星通信技术、视频会议技术、卫星数据广播技术、短波通信技术等为依托的气象应急移动观测平台。文章详细介绍了河北省气象应急移动观测平台的设计方式,在给出设计过程中遇到的问题和解决方式的同时,还对在使用过程中出现的问题进行了分析,并结合实际工作情况提出了对气象应急移动观测保障工作的对策与建议。In order to improve the Hebei province meteorological department to actively deal with severe weather and public emergencies disposal ability,Hebei Meteorological Bureau has established a meteorological emergency mobile observation platform based on satellite communication technology,video conference technology,satellite data broadcasting technology and short wave communication technology.This paper introduces the design method of Hebei meteorological emergency mobile observation platform in detail.While giving the problems and solutions encountered in the design process,it also analyzes the problems exposed in the use process.Combined with the actual work situation,the countermeasures and suggestions for the guarantee of meteorological emergency mobile observation are put forward.
