摘 要:为了优化矿山竖井提升系统中防坠器检测工作的操作程序,提升作业人员的操作安全和经济效益,分析研究矿用防坠器自动化无线检验技术在矿山防坠器检测工作中的应用。传统的检测方法为纯手工测量计算,而矿用防坠器自动化无线检验技术实现了全过程一次性安装传感器、自动测量、自动计算、远距离测控,调取查看检测数据等功能。研究结果表明,矿用防坠器自动化无线检验技术使施工时长缩短了一半以上,提高了测量精度和可靠性,避免了操作人员频繁出入罐笼进行高空危险作业。In order to optimize the operation procedure of anti-dropper detection in mine shaft hoisting system and improve the operation safety and economic benefits of operators, the application of automatic wireless inspection technology of mine anti-dropper in mine anti-dropper detection is analyzed and studied. The traditional detection method is pure manual measurement and calculation, and the automatic wireless inspection technology of mine anti-falling device realizes the whole process of one-time installation of sensors, automatic measurement, automatic calculation, remote measurement and control, and access to inspection data. The research results show that the automatic wireless inspection technology of mine anti-falling device shortens the construction time by more than half, improves the measurement accuracy and reliability,and avoids the frequent access of operators to cages for high-altitude dangerous operations.
