摘 要:针对晋控阳村煤业Ⅲ1308综采工作面本煤层瓦斯含量大,采空区内易积聚大量瓦斯且容易集中大量涌出,造成上隅角瓦斯超限问题,本文提出将原工作面“三进一回”通风方式调整为并列双U通风方式,增加工作面通风能力,对采空区及上隅角瓦斯进行稀释,同时在此基础上对原工作面抽采系统进行了优化,增加大孔径高位钻孔抽采、高位钻场抽采、地面采动井抽采及上隅角抽放等工作面联合瓦斯抽采模式。应用实践结果表明,通风方式和抽采系统优化后,工作面上隅角及回风瓦斯浓度明显降低,回采期间未再出现瓦斯超限现象,且工作面平均风排瓦斯量由原来的6.58 m^(3)/min降低为3.2 m^(3)/min,瓦斯治理效果较好。In view of the large gas content in the coal seam of the Ⅲ1308 fully mechanized working face in Yangcun Coal Industry of Shanxi Province, it is easy to accumulate a large amount of gas in the goaf and to concentrate a large amount of emission, resulting in the gas overrun in the upper corner, it is proposed to adjust the original working faces‘three-in-one-return’ventilation mode to the parallel double U ventilation mode, increase the ventilation capacity of the working face, and dilute the gas in the goaf and the upper corner. On this basis, the original working face drainage system is optimized, and the combined gas drainage mode of the working face is increased, including large-aperture high-level borehole drainage, high-level drilling field drainage, ground mining well drainage and upper corner drainage. The application results show that after the optimization of ventilation mode and drainage system, the gas concentration in the upper corner and return air of the working face is significantly reduced, and there is no gas overrun phenomenon during mining. The average gas discharge of the working face is reduced from 6.58 m^(3)/min to 3.2 m^(3)/min, and the gas control effect is better.
