摘  要:煤层气水平井投资虽高,但其收益率更高,随着钻井技术和地质导向技术的进步,煤层气开发中水平井的施工越来越多,随之而来的钻井事故也会相应的出现。水平井施工中导向钻具串断落井内就是其中的一种,该事故处理较为困难,尤其煤层气水平井成功案例较少。本文详细介绍了落井导向钻具串成功打捞上井过程,并对钻井及处理事故中的注意事项进行了分析。Although the investment of coalbed methane horizontal well is high, its yield is higher. With the progress of drilling technology and geosteering technology, more and more horizontal wells are constructed in coalbed methane development, and the drilling accidents will occur accordingly. In the construction of horizontal wells, the guide drilling string is one of them. The accident is difficult to deal with, especially the successful cases of coalbed methane horizontal wells. This paper introduces in detail the process of successfully fishing the landing guide drill string, and analyzes the precautions in drilling and handling accidents.
