摘 要:沈从文对废名并非一般认为的单纯师承,从其长时间的废名评论来看,应是继承中有反思,欣赏中有不满,这种复杂心态及背后的审美观念值得进一步梳理。大体看来,沈从文对废名的评论分为三个阶段,这体现了废名创作的嬗变,也与其自身创作和阅读体验的变化形成呼应。对“周作人—废名”乡土文脉的梳理,以及对废名小说中“趣味化”倾向的反思,都有沈从文“夫子自道”的意味:既接续了这一文脉,找到了自己的文学史位置;更凸显了自己在这一文脉,乃至整个现代乡土文学传统中的独特之处。Shen Congwen’s opinion on Fei Ming was not simple learning as generally believed.Judging from his comments on Fei Ming,he should have reflected while inheriting Shen Congwen’s literary legacy,and appreciated his style with certain dissatisfaction.This complex mentality and the aesthetic concept behind it deserve further review.Generally speaking,Shen Congwen’s comments on Fei Ming can be devided into three stages,which reflects the evolution of Fei Ming’s creation and echoes the changes of Shen’s self-creation and reading experience.The local context of“Zhou Zuoren-fei Ming”involved,as well as to the Fei Ming“interesting”tendency in the novel of reflection,also apply to Shen Congwen.In this context,Shen Congwen not only found his own position of literary history,but also highlighted his unique in the literary tradition and the modern local novel.
