公文写作科学探索二十年(2000-2020)述评--基于CNKI数据库的可视化计量分析

摘  要:以2000-2020年CNKI数据库刊载的“公文写作”为主题的期刊文献为研究对象,运用可视化分析软件CiteSpace绘制关键词共现知识图谱,对我国公文写作研究的知识域、热点演进进行系统性审视。研究发现,近二十年间,我国公文写作研究的范围较为全面,主要涵盖了写作理念、写作内容、写作格式、写作语言、写作主体、写作教学、公文处理流程及古代公文八大主题,研究热点的演变则呼应了中国政务公文制度化、规范化、科学化的转变。但研究视野仍然较为狭窄,研究方法依然较为单一,研究合作网络尚未形成,研究方法未摆脱传统的描述性研究的窠臼。后续研究可从拓展研究视角、更新研究方法、加强学术共创、挖掘“课程思政”育人功能等方面予以突破,拓展学术空间,增强探索的科学性。The keyword co-occurrence knowledge graph was drawn with the visual analysis software CiteSpace with the“docu⁃ment writing”-themed periodical literature published in the CNKI database between 2000 and 2020 as the objects of study,so as to systematically review the theme context and hotspot evolution of document writing research in China.This study showes that,in recent 20 years,the document writing research in China is comprehensive,and mainly covers 8 themes:writing concept,writing content,writing format,writing language,writing subject,writing teaching,document processing process and ancient docu⁃ments;and the evolution of research hotspots echoes the institutionalization,standardization and scientization of government docu⁃ments in China.However,the research horizon is still narrow;the research method is still relatively simple and has not broken away from the traditional descriptive research;the research collaboration network has not been established yet.Future studies can produce breakthroughs from such aspects as expanding research perspective,updating research methods,strengthening academic co-creation and excavating the education function of“course ideology and politics”to expand academic space and make the explo⁃ration more scientific.
