摘 要:【目的】分析加勒比松松脂组分特点,选育松脂中高含高附加值组分的加勒比松无性系材料,为松脂原料林营建、松脂高特征组分定向培育及松脂组分改良提供依据。【方法】通过钻孔法收集加勒比松松脂,使用气相色谱—质谱联用(GC—MS)、气相色谱(GC)分析松脂的组分和相对含量。根据独立样本t检验、Pearson相关性分析等方法分析松脂组成及含量特点。采用聚类分析对加勒比松无性系分类并选择高含高附加值组分无性系材料。【结果】根据松脂组分不同将加勒比松无性系分为两大类,第1类加勒比松无性系松脂中共检测和鉴定出18种组分,其中单萜8种(α-蒎烯、莰烯、香桧烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯、α-水芹烯、β-水芹烯和萜品油烯),树脂酸组分8种(海松酸、湿地松酸、山达海松酸、异海松酸、长叶松酸/左旋海松酸、脱氢枞酸、枞酸和新枞酸)。第2类无性系的松脂中比第1类多出3-蒈烯这一组分。共筛选出松脂中高含α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、β-水芹烯和单萜组分的无性系材料各8、7、6和5份。其中α-蒎烯高含量组的平均相对含量为33.158%,高出平均值30.605%;β-蒎烯高含量组的平均相对含量为11.148%,高出平均值187.913%;β-水芹烯高含量组的平均相对含量为23.768%,高出平均值57.990%;单萜高含量组的平均相对含量为53.312%,高出平均值15.366%。【结论】首次发现松脂中3-蒈烯组分含量较高的加勒比松无性系3个。筛选出的高含组无性系松脂中,高含组分的相对含量均显著高于其对应的平均值,对于松脂原料品质的提升具有一定的研究潜力和应用价值,对松脂组分定向培育和松脂组分改良有较好的指导意义。【Objective】The characteristics of pine resin components of Pinus caribaea were analyzed,and the clonal materials of Pinus caribaea with abundant high-value-added components in pine resin were selected,so as to provide a basis for the construction of raw material pine resin forest,the directional cultivation of high characteristic components of pine resin and the improvement of pine resin components.【Method】The pine resin of Pinus caribaea was collected by drilling method,and the components and their relative contents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and gas chromatography(GC).The composition and content characteristics of pine resin were analyzed by independent sample t-test and Pearson correlation analysis.The clones of Pinus caribaea were classified by cluster analysis,and the clones with abundant high value-added components were selected.【Result】According to the different components of the pine resin,Pinus caribaea clones were divided into two categories.In the first category,18 components of pine resin were detected and identified,including 8 monoterpenes(α-pinene,camphene,sabinene,β-pinene,myrcene,α-phellandrene,β-phellandrene and terpinolene)and 8 resin acids(pimaric acid,elliotinoic acid,sandaracopimaric acid,isopimaric acid,palustric acid/levopimaric acid,dehydroabietic acid,abietic acid and neoabietic acid).There was an additional component of 3-alkene in the pine resin of the second category clones than those in the first category.A total of 8,7,6 and 5 clonal materials containing abundantα-pinene,β-pinene,β-hydrophrenene and monoterpene were screened.The relative content of the groups with abundantα-pinene was 33.158%,which was 30.605%higher than the average value.The relative content of the groups containing abundantβ-pinene was 11.148%,187.913%higher than the average value.The relative content of the groups with abundantβ-phellandrene was 23.768%,which was 57.990%higher than the average value.The relative content of the groups with abundant monoterpene
