摘　　要：研究目的:探讨农业社会化服务对耕地撂荒的影响机理,利用浙江大学中国家庭大数据,定量估计农业社会化服务对农户耕地撂荒的影响效果,并对其影响机制进行实证检验。研究方法:描述性统计分析、倾向得分匹配法和工具变量法。研究结果:(1)农业社会化服务能显著减少农户耕地撂荒,但这种作用主要在我国粮食主产区和中部地区较为明显;(2)农业社会化服务能促进土地规模经营户转入土地,但没有证据表明其对小农户转出土地有显著抑制效应。研究结论:中国应大力推动和支持农业社会化服务组织发展,降低服务作业成本,健全服务标准和强化合同监管,更好发挥其对减少耕地撂荒的促进作用。鼓励小农户连片作业外包,增强集体行动对提升社会化服务供给能力的作用,以此减少耕地撂荒。The purpose of this paper is to discuss the mechanism of the influence of socialized agricultural services(SAS)on farmland abandonment,by using the Chinese Family Database of Zhejiang University and econometric methods to quantitatively estimate the direction and degree of influence on farmland abandonment and to conduct an empirical test on the mechanism.The research methods employed include the descriptive analysis,propensity score matching and instrumental variable method.The results show that:1)SAS has a significant effect on reducing farmland abandonment,which is mainly evident in major grain-producing regions and Central China.2)SAS can encourage largescale farmers to transfer in land,but there is no evidence that they have a significant negative effect on the behavior of small-scale farmers to transfer out land.It is concluded that in the future,China should support the development of SAS organizations,properly regulate the behavior of SAS organizations in order to improve their service quality,and facilitate the establishment of service standardization by supervising service contracts to meet farmers’demand for SAS,in that SAS has a strong promoting effect on reducing farmland abandonment.Small-scale farmers are more apt to outsource their adjoining farmland plots to SAS organizations,and the role of collective action in improving the supply capacity of SAS organizations should be enhanced to ultimately reduce farmland abandonment.
