摘 要:针对现有变电站投运前一次通流通压试验方法的局限性,阐述了大电流高电压解耦及同步输出控制的原理。提出了基于大电流高电压解耦同步输出的投运前带负荷试验方法,即通过合理布置被试一次设备的状态,使得试验电流、电压可以正常通过电流互感器和电压互感器等被试元件,进而通过判别回采信号完成模拟带负荷试验。介绍了在不同接线方式、不同电压等级下的试验方案。工程案例表明该方法能满足500 kV及以下电压等级变电站投产前的试验需求,支撑变电站投运前回路检查工作正确、高效地完成。Given the limitations of the original primary current and voltage carrying tests prior to substation operation,the paper expounds the principle of high current and high voltage decoupling and synchronous output control and proposes an on-load test method prior to substation operation based on high current and high voltage decoupling and synchronous output,that is,by reasonable arrangement of the state of the primary equipment under test,the testing current and voltage can normally pass through components to be tested such as TA and TV,and then the analog on-load test is completed by discriminating the recovery signal.The paper also introduces test schemes under different wiring modes and voltage classes.The engineering case shows that this method can fully meet the test requirements of substation with voltage levels of 500 kV and below prior to operation and ensure the correct and efficient circuit check before substation operation.
