摘  要:以2,6-二溴-4-硝基苯胺和2-(N-乙基-N-甲氧碳酰甲基)-4-乙酰氨基苯甲醚为起始原料,经重氮偶合反应和氰化反应合成夏利灵蓝SWF。考察了反应温度、反应时间、溶剂用量、氰化剂用量对产品收率的影响以及不同纯度产品的染色性能。结果表明,在DMF质量为中间染料的3.6倍、n(中间染料)∶n(氰化锌)∶n(氰化亚铜)=1.0∶1.0∶0.2、反应温度为110℃、反应时间为3 h的条件下,产品收率达85%,色谱纯度达96%;产品对涤纶和涤/氨面料具有优异的染色性能。Using 2,6-dibromo-4-nitroaniline and 2-(N-ethyl-N-methoxycarbonylmethyl)-4-acetamidoanisole as the starting materials,Serilene Blue SWF is synthesized by diazo-coupling and cyanizing reaction.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,solvent dosage,cyanide agent dosage on the yield of product,and dyeing properties of products with different purity are investigated.The results show that under the conditions of the amount of DMF is 3.6 times the mass of inter-mediate dye,n(inter-mediate dye)∶n(zinc cyanide)∶n(cuprous cyanide)=1.0∶1.0∶0.2,the reaction temperature is 110℃and the reaction time is 3 h,the yield of product could reach 85%,the chromatographic purity could reach 96%,and the product has excellent dyeing performance on polyester and polyester/ammonia.
