摘　　要：在生产过程中,由于机械设备、染色浴比、染色助剂、工艺控制等因素,面料染色质量出现变化,其中小样缸与大货缸的色差控制难,几乎90%以上都要做出调整,生产质量和效率大受影响。因此,寻找减少两者色差的方法,已成为染厂研究的热点。对比浅色和深色小样缸与大货缸的色差,根据K/S值、上染率差值,用补偿的方法让两者接近,使小样缸与大货缸的染色色差在可接受范围内。In the production process,the fabric dyeing quality changes due to factors such as mechanical equip⁃ment,dyeing bath ratio,raw material additives and process control.It is difficult to control the color difference between a small sample and big batch color,almost 90%of them have to be adjusted,which greatly affects the product quality and ef⁃ficiency.Therefore,finding ways to reduce the color difference between the two has become a hot research topic in dyeing plants.The color difference of light-colored and dark-colored small samples and big batch is contrasted.According to the difference value of K/S value and dye-uptake rate,the two are made close by the way of compensation to make the color difference of small sample tanks and big batch tanks within acceptable range.
