综合护理在行血液净化治疗肾病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理在行血液净化治疗肾病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2020年12月在我院行血液净化治疗的180例肾病患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组90例。对照组行常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上予以综合护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果护理后,试验组的简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护理态度、环境、操作技能和并发症处理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组的自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可提升行血液净化治疗肾病患者的护理质量、自护能力、生活质量和护理满意度,并改善其心理状态,值得应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in nephropathy patients undergoing blood purification.Methods A total of 180 nephropathy patients who underwent blood purification in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of the Short Form 36 Health Survey Scale(SF-36)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing attitude,environment,operation skills and complication treatment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the nursing quality,selfcare ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of nephropathy patients undergoing blood purification,and ameliorate psychological state,which is worthy of application.
