摘　　要：妊娠糖尿病(GDM)是妊娠期特有疾病,其糖代谢异常大多于产后能恢复正常,但会增加母儿近远期并发症的发生。脂联素(APN)由脂肪组织分泌,具有抗炎、抗纤维化及抗氧化等作用,是调节糖脂代谢和增加胰岛素敏感性的重要因子。近年来研究显示,APN水平的变化与GDM发生及其不良妊娠结局存在一定的相关性。因此,深入研究APN与GDM的相关性,为该病的早期干预提供依据,可能会改善GDM妊娠结局。本文从APN的生物学特性、APN受体及其信号通路、APN与GDM的研究现状方面对APN与GDM关系的研究进展进行综述,旨在早期识别高危人群并进行早期干预,降低GDM发病率,切实改善母儿两代的健康。Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) is a disease specific to pregnancy. Most of its glucose metabolism abnormalities can be normalized after delivery, but it can increase the occurrence of short-term and long-term complications in mother and child. Adiponectin(APN) is secreted by adipose tissue and has anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrotic and antioxidant effects, which is an important factor in regulating glucolipid metabolism and increasing insulin sensitivity. Recent studies have shown that there is a correlation between change in APN level and the occurrence of GDM and its adverse pregnancy outcomes. Therefore, an in-depth study of the correlation between APN and GDM may improve pregnancy outcomes in GDM by providing a basis for early intervention in the disease. This paper reviews the research progress on the relationship between APN and GDM from the aspects of the biological characteristics of APN, APN receptors and their signaling pathways and the current research status of APN and GDM, with the aim of early identification of high-risk groups and early intervention to reduce the incidence of GDM and effectively improve the health of both mother and child.
