摘  要:利用聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)作为阳离子改性剂,对棉织物的改性和染色工艺进行了研究。结果表明:改性剂用量较少(6 g/L),并且改性后棉纤维的上染率、固色率以及K/S值均有明显提高,各项色牢度指标与传统工艺相当;但是盐碱用量减少了60%,改性温度大为降低,浴比减小,时间缩短。染色工艺具有低盐低碱、节能减排和绿色环保的优点。Polydimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride(PDMDAAC)was used as cationic modifier to study the modification and dyeing process of cotton fabric.The results showed that the amount of modifier was less(6 g/L),and the dye uptake,fixation rate and K/S value of the modified cotton fiber were significantly improved.The color fastness indexes were similar to those of the traditional process,but the amount of salt and alkali was reduced by 60%,the modification temperature was greatly reduced,the bath ratio was small and the time was short.The dyeing process has the advantages of low salt,low alkali,energy saving and emission re⁃duction and green environmental protection.
