摘  要:研究微纳米气泡对棉织物活性印花水洗的作用效果,分析皂洗剂用量、温度、时间对水洗效果的影响,优化水洗工艺。结果表明:微纳米气泡协助水洗时有助于去除浮色,可以提高水洗效率;微纳米气泡协助棉织物活性染料印花水洗的优化工艺为防沾污皂洗剂用量2 g/L,温度75℃,时间5 min。The effect of micro-nano bubble technology on washing of cotton fabric active dye printing was studied.The influence of the amount,temperature and time of soaping agent on the washing effect were analyzed.And the washing process was optimized.The results showed that the micro-nano bubble could help to remove the floating color and improve the washing efficiency.The optimal washing process of micro nano bubble cotton fabric with reactive dye printing was as follows:the dosage of anti-stain soap was 2 g/L,the temperature was 75℃,and the time was 5 min.
