摘  要:以不同经纬密的棉织物初始UPF值筛选适合规格的面料以及反应型抗紫外整理剂为实验基材,研究对比染色时进行抗紫外整理与后整理定形工序时加入整理剂进行抗紫外整理、丝光与不丝光对抗紫外功能整理下相同规格棉织物的抗紫外UPF值和紫外线透过率的变化。结果表明:抗紫外整理时选择染色同浴+小整理的方式,能够取得相对良好的抗紫外性能且兼具优异的耐洗性能。The initial UV resistance UPF value of cotton fabric with different warp and weft densities was detected to screen out suitable fabrics and reactive anti UV resistance additives as the base material of the test.Through the test,anti UV treatment agent was added in the dyeing process and anti UV finish agent was added in the post-finishing and setting process,with or without mercerization finishing.The anti UV UPF val⁃ue and UV-transmittance of cotton fabric with the same specifications were studied.The results showed that the anti UV finishing method of one bath dyeing+regular finishing could achieve relatively good anti UV perfor⁃mance and excellent washable performance.
