摘　　要：At present,the rapid development of big data and intelligent technology has continuously promoted the transformation and upgrading of the traditional foreign trade,translation,and education industries,and has spawned new forms of cross-border e-commerce,artificial intelligence translation,and online education;as a result,the structure,ability,and quality requirements of society for language talents have undergone profound changes.However,at this moment,the talents training of English professionals in local colleges and universities is obviously lagging behind the changes of the industry and is out of the needs of the market,resulting in weak adaptability to market and insufficient output and applying ability of graduates.In order to cultivate composite technical and skilled talents with strong foreign language background,who are able to serve new strategies and new business forms,it is necessary to explore ways to promote the real-time docking and dynamic integration of foreign language talents training in local colleges and universities and the needs of regional enterprises on the basis of clarifying the needs of enterprises.As an applied-oriented private university,Guangxi University of Foreign Languages has actively promoted the educational reform of production and education integration of foreign language majors.Among them,the English Department of the school proposed the reform of the collaborative education model from the technology integration,resources integration,and personnel integration,so as to cultivate applied foreign language talents.
