摘 要:热轧生产中轧辊受周期性加热、冷却和剧烈接触应力疲劳载荷作用,以及辊身宽度方向温度和轧制力分布不均匀的影响,常导致工作辊磨损不均匀,影响带钢板形和表面质量。综述了热轧工作辊表面磨损周期特点和磨损形貌,热轧工作辊磨损数学模型研究进程以及工作辊的使用维护策略。同时结合热轧生产智能化要求,对热轧工作辊磨损形态在线监测与智能运维的未来发展方向进行了展望。In the production of hot rolling,the roller is subjected to cyclic heating,cooling and severe contact stress fatigue load,as well as the uneven distribution of temperature and rolling force along the width of the roller body,which often leads to uneven wear of the work roll,unstable strip shape and surface quality.The characteristics of wear cycle and wear morphology of work roll surface,the research progress of work roll wear mathematical model and the maintenance strategy of work roll are summarized.At the same time,according to the requirement of intelligent production,the future development of online monitoring and intelligent operation of work roll wear is prospected.
