摘 要:智能化是未来冶金工业发展的重要方向,钢渣处理智能化是冶金工业智能化发展的重要组成部分。简要介绍了钢渣特性及处理现状,重点对钢渣热闷处理技术及装备化进展进行了综述。指出第四代钢渣热闷技术不仅实现了钢渣处理过程的洁净化、装备化和自动化,还实现了装备的智能化及处理过程余热的回收。在“双碳”目标下,第四代钢渣热闷技术越来越受到钢铁企业的青睐,推广应用前景广阔。The intelligent development of metallurgical industry is an important direction in the future,and the intelligent treatment of steel slag is an important part.The characteristics and treatment status of steel slag are briefly introduced,and the progress of steel slag hot stuffy treatment technology and equipment is emphatically reviewed.It is pointed out that the fourth-generation hot stuffy technology not only realizes the cleaning,equipping and automatization of steel slag treatment process,but also realizes the intelligentization of equipment and the recovery of waste heat in the treatment process.In the"Double carbon"target,the fourth generation of steel slag hot muggy technology is more and more favored by iron and steel enterprises,promotion and application prospects are broad.
