摘  要:为研究Mg元素对船板钢的作用效果,对比了Mg处理前后船板钢焊接后的冲击性能;利用Aspex扫描电镜能谱仪统计了实验钢中的非金属夹杂物的尺寸和种类,并对夹杂物的金相组织进行了分析。结果表明,Mg处理后船板钢中夹杂物种类增多,夹杂物尺寸变小且分布更加弥散,尺寸主要集中在2~4μm之间,块状铁素体消失,组织以针状铁素体为主。热处理后诱发针状铁素体的夹杂物基本由Al_(2)O_(3)、MnS、CaS和MgO复合而成,诱发的针状铁素体呈交叉互锁状,分割晶粒,改善了焊接HAZ冲击性能。In order to study the effect of Mg element on ship plate steel,the impact properties of welded ship plate steel before and after Mg treatment were compared.The size and type of non-metallic inclusions in the experimental steel were counted by Aspex scanning electron microscope and the metallographic structure of the inclusions was analyzed.After Mg treatment,the inclusion species in the ship plate steel increased,the size of the inclusion became smaller and more diffuse,and the size mainly concentrated in the range of 2~4μm.After heat treatment,the inclusions induced acicular ferrite are basically composed of Al_(2)O_(3),MnS,CaS and MgO composite,and the induced acicular ferrite is cross-interlocked,which splits the grain,and improves the HAZ impact performance of welding.
