摘　　要：介绍了带钢表面缺陷一贯制追溯系统的开发与应用情况。通过搭建数据平台,将物料信息、物流信息、一级自动化及仪表数据等进行完整提取,结合一贯制数据匹配、缺陷时空转换、缺陷自动追溯等模块,完成缺陷的自动追溯,并对溯源缺陷进行规律分析,进而快速推算缺陷产生的原因,降低带出品,提高客户满意度。The development and application of surface defect tracking system for strip steel are introduced.By building a data platform,material information,logistics information,first-class automation and instrument data are completely extracted.Combining the modules of consistent data matching,defect space-time conversion and defect automatic tracing,the automatic tracing of defects is completed,and the regularity of tracing defects is analyzed,and then the causes of defects are calculated quickly.It can reduce the output of defect strip and finally increase the customer satisfaction.
