摘  要:核燃料生产、反应堆运行以及后处理产生的放射性废物,对人类健康和生态环境造成很大威胁。因此,须分析放射性废物的再循环/再利用机会,对放射性废物进行科学管理,以实现放射性废物最小化。考虑到专家系统具有良好的数据库访问能力、推理分析能力等特点,适合解决具有适当规模的专家级问题,文章通过计算机语言算法,设计建立了核设施退役的放射性废物再循环/再利用专家系统,并以防护铝塞等退役物料为例,进行实例运行测试。专家系统具有友好的工作环境,实例测试结果与管理工作实际需求符合较好。再循环/再利用专家系统具有良好工程应用效果,建立的数据间关系和逻辑关系符合管理工作的实际需求,可为核设施退役设计和退役方案选择提供科学依据和借鉴。Radioactive wastes from nuclear fuel production, reactor operation and reprocessing creates a great threat to human health and ecological environment. To minimize radioactive wastes, it is necessary to analyze the recycling and reuse opportunities, and conduct scientific management. Considering that the expert system has good database access ability, reasoning analysis capability and other characteristics, it is suitable for solving expert-level problems. This paper has designed and established the radioactive waste recycling/reuse expert system for decommissioning of nuclear facilities through the computer language algorithm. What’s more, the expert system has been carried out by retired materials such as protective aluminum plug. The expert system has a friendly working environment, and the example test results are in good agreement with the actual needs of management. The recycling/reuse expert system has good engineering application effect, and the established data relationship and logical relationship meet the actual needs of management. It can provide scientific basis and reference for the decommissioning design and decommissioning scheme selection of nuclear facilities.
