摘  要:凝汽器是核电厂二回路系统热井约有4.9万根传热管,检漏装置是凝汽器的“眼睛”,其设计的目的就是实时监测,快速判断凝汽器设备是否有海水泄漏。传统设计凝汽器检漏装置用阳电导率监测,该方案对海水微量泄漏与间歇性泄漏的反应不够灵敏,且报警后还要进行人工取样分析监测,通过技改优化采用钠表查漏具有反应灵敏,响应速度快,可以准确地反映出海水泄漏情况,从而改善检漏装置的实时监测效果。There are about 49,000 heat transfer tubes in the thermal well of the secondary circuit system of nuclear power plant, and the leak detection device is the “eye”of the condenser. The traditional design of leakage detection device for condenser is based on the monitoring of cation conductivity, which is not sensitive enough to the response of micro leakage and intermittent leakage of seawater, and manual sampling analysis and monitoring should be carried out after alarm.Through optimization of the sodium meter leak detection, the response is sensitive, fast, and can accurately reflect the seawater leakage.Thus, real-time monitoring effect of the leak detection device is improved.
